Synnc utilizes LinkedIn's Application Programming Interface (API) Services to facilitate the utilization of specific Platform features (such as accessing LinkedIn professional networks and account engagement). Our use of information received from LinkedIn APIs adheres to the LinkedIn API Services User Data Policy, including any Limited Use requirements. The information collected and utilized with these API services may include personal data like email addresses, LinkedIn profile information, and first and last names. Paid Content Disclosure Recommendation

We strongly recommend that for any paid or sponsored content created on LinkedIn and brokered by Synnc, you use LinkedIn's Brand Partnership feature and ensure that the partnership toggle is activated. Additionally, we advise including language in your content—whether through hashtags (e.g., #Ad, #Sponsored) or explicit text—that clearly discloses the partnership in compliance with applicable advertising and disclosure regulations.

You acknowledge that ensuring proper disclosure is your sole responsibility. Synnc is not liable for any claims, penalties, or damages resulting from failure to correctly disclose paid or sponsored content, including failure to use LinkedIn's Brand Partnership feature or insufficient disclosure in the content.
